Sunday Circuits
Circuits will target all key areas of your body, combining interval training with muscular resistance work and cardiovascular fitness, which in turn will burn fat and encourage weight loss.
This class takes place outdoors on an astroturf surface. The area will be set up with various exercises stations that you will move around working different muscle groups and your cardiovascular system. Circuits is a whole body workout designed to improve your overall strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
This class is suitable for both men and women of ALL fitness levels. Whether you simply want to get in great shape and feel better about your body or training hard for your own particular sport, this class is perfect for you!
This combined method of training is great for fat loss as you will burn lots of calories during the class and up to an hour afterwards. Resistance training will also help to increase your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) which means you will burn more calories during the day, which in turn will encourage weight loss.
