PadFit is currently UNAVAILABLE

PadFit is a boxing style class that combines both mitts and pad work to give you a fun and challenging workout.  Not only will it enhance your cardiovascular health to keep your heart healthy, burn calories and help you to lose weight, it will also help increase your total body strength, improve hand-eye coordination, improve agility, decrease stress and improve body composition.

​This class is suitable for both men and women of ALL fitness levels.

Legs, Bums & Tums

8pm to 8.45pm

(with Rachel)

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in this ultimate lower body workout.   LBT will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges using your own body weight (occasionally we will use weights but these are optional).  This class does not include any high impact cardio but I guarantee you will feel the burn and achieve results in is this popular class.

This training format is ideal for all fitness levels, particularly if you have been advised to avoid high intensity cardio.

Body Blitz

7pm to 7.45pm

(with Dean)

This class is a combination of Body Conditioning, Legs, Bums & Tums with Cardio HIIT Training. It has a little something for EVERYONE!  During the workout we may use a combination of body weight and/or free weights, but modified and progressive option are always provided to ensure you get the most out of your workout.


This training format makes this class ideal for ANY level of fitness, ideal if you are short on time!
