Legs, Bums & Tums

Get ready to shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en-route to shifting fat in these problem areas. Trust me, your body will thank you for it!

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in this ultimate lower body workout.   LBT will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges using your own body weight (occasionally we will use weights but these are optional).  This class does not include any high impact cardio but I guarantee you will feel the burn and achieve results in is this popular class.

This class is suitable for both men and women of ALL fitness levels.  Whether you simply want to get in great shape and feel better about your body or training hard for your own particular sport, this class is perfect for you!

What should I wear?

This class can get warm so please wear breathable, loose fitting fitness clothing such as shorts/leggings, t-shirt and trainers.


What should I bring?

Water - lots!  A yoga/pilates mat is required for this class.  You may also wish to bring a small towel. 


Do I need to book a place?

All classes are now booked online using BookWhen.  To book your place simply click onto the BOOK A CLASS link above.  Bookings are pre-paid online at £5 for a single class or you can purchase a 10 class pass for £45.  A small admin fee of 3.4% + 20p will be added to your total.

You can of course still drop-in.  Drop-in class fees are £6 for a single class.  You are no longer able to purchase a 10 class pass in class.  This is only available via the online booking system. 

All new participants will be asked to complete a very short health questionnaire which you can either download by clicking HERE or complete at the class.

What will I gain from this class?

It's no coincidence that this is one of my most popular classes, as it does what it says on the tin and targets those troublesome areas. By focusing on the tummy, hips and legs, the exercises will help you burn fat and firm up.

Is there anyone that shouldn't come to the class?

No under 16s and no pregnant ladies please. If you have been told by your doctor to avoid cardiovascular exercise, please contact me to see if this class is suitable for you.  Any concerns please get in touch.
