Personal training sessions can be booked on a one to one, or a one to two basis.
Sessions are generally taken outdoors or indoors at the Glencorse Centre.
For those who have difficulty in travelling or have childcare issues, we can come to you!
What can I expect in a Personal Training session?
On your first session we shall take time to discuss your goals, likes and dislikes to make sure that the sessions are tailored specificallly to you, your individual needs and lifestyle. You will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before we assess your overall fitness levels and record your weight, body fat and overall measurements. This information will be used create your own personalised training session. We shall also assess your nutritional needs to optimise your overall results. This will require you to keep a food diary for the first week.
After your initial session, all other sessions will comprise some or all of the following:
Mobilisation on joints
Warm-up and pulse raiser
Cardio vascular work out
Second Cardio vascular work out
What should I wear?
Any type of fitness clothing such as shorts/leggings, t-shirt and trainers. If your session are outdoor sessions, please dress for the weather e.g. waterproof jacket, hat, appropriate warm fitness clothing.
What should I bring?
Water - lots! You may also wish to bring a small towel.
Do I have to book to attend?
Yes! Advance booking is required so that the session can prepared and tailored to meet your individual needs.

How much are the sessions?
1 hour session 1:1 basis £30
1 hour session 1:2 basis £25 (per person)
1 half hour session 1:1 basis £15
1 half hour session 1:2 basis £12.50 (per person)
Blocks of 6 sessions can been booked for £175 (per person) – making it even better value!
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours’ notice of cancellation for any booking is required to avoid being charged.
What is your refund policy?
If you have provided us with the required notice of cancellation above, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to refund any sessions or block bookings that are cancelled outside of the specified cancellation period.
Is there anyone that shouldn't come to the class?
No under 16s and no pregnant ladies please. Also, please don't attend if you have been told by your doctor to avoid cardiovascular exercise. Any concerns please contact me.
