What should I wear?
Try to wear something loose and cool. Your trainers should allow a free rotation on the ball of your foot - please avoid wearing running trainers with lots of grip.
What should I bring?
Water - lots! You may also wish to bring a small towel.
How much does it cost?
All classes are now booked online using BookWhen. To book your place simply click onto the BOOK A CLASS link above. Bookings are pre-paid online at £5 for a single class or you can purchase a 10 class pass for £45. A small admin fee of 3.4% + 20p will be added to your total.
Can I just turn up?
Number of places are limited due to health & safety. It is advised that you book online for this class to ensure you secure your place.
All new participants will be asked to complete a very short online health questionnaire which you can access here.
Is there anyone that shouldn't come to the class?
No under 16s and no pregnant ladies please. Also, please don't attend if you have been told by your doctor to avoid cardiovascular exercise. Any concerns please contact me.
